CUCME -The Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME) system generates Call Detail Records (CDRs). These records are captured through a Cloud Connect RADIUS Server located within the customer network. The RADIUS Server securely transmits the CDRs via SFTP (port 22) to ISI’s cloud collection service at 52.252.130.176:22. Data is encrypted in transit, ensuring that call records are delivered safely to the ISI Analytics SaaS environment for further processing, reporting, and visualization.
