Getting Started #
This article provides instructions for managing Groups in ISI Analytics. Before you begin, please ensure you have the following:
- Admin credentials to login to ISI Analytics
- Tenant has the plan Professional, Enterprise, or Classic.
Managing Groups #
- Login to ISI Analytics
- Navigate to Users from the navigation menu
- Navigate to the Groups tab
- The list of Groups includes the following information
- Name: The name of the Group
- Number of Users: The number of Users in the group
- Action:
- Edit Group (pencil)
- Delete Group (pencil)
- Groups with at least 1 users cannot be deleted.
- To add a new group, click + New Group. Details on editing a Group can be found below.
Editing a Group #
- Name: The name of the Group
- Standard Data Access:
- All Data: Users in the Group have access to all Standard Data.
- Specific Data: Users in the Group have access to the assigned data. Adds the Standard Data Access tab. More details on the options can be found here.
- No Data: Users in the Group have access to no Standard Data
- Queue Data Access:
- All Queues: Users in the group have access to all Queues
- Specific Queues: Assigns access to specific Queues
- Use the checkboxes to assign access to a Queue
- Show only selected will filter the list to show only the queues the user has access to
- No Queues: Users in the Group have access to no Queues
- Contact Center Data Access:
- All Queues: Users in the group have access to all Contact Center Queues
- Specific Queues: Assigns access to specific Contact Center Queues
- Use the checkboxes to assign access to a Contact Center Queue
- Show only selected will filter the list to show only the queues the user has access to
- No Queues: Users in the Group have access to no Contact Center Queues
