The Reset Directory – Advanced Purge options allow administrators to permanently remove directory entries when significant errors have occurred, and a large-scale cleanup is required.
The options are only available to users with Admin or Directory Admin access who have access to all organizations and data sources.
Important: Use caution when performing any purge operation. All purge actions are permanent and cannot be undone. It is strongly recommended that a directory export be completed before proceeding.
