Provides a convenient and secure method to capture Entra ID User data to transmit into the ISI cloud.

The Microsoft Teams Admin grants API access by consenting to the required Microsoft Graph API permissions through the ISI Analytics authorization process. An M365 admin grant consent to the requested permissions. Once consent is granted, ISI uses the Microsoft Graph API to securely retrieve directory information directly from the customer’s Entra ID tenant.

Data is encrypted using TLS and transferred in JSON format to ISI Analytics’ SaaS environment for processing, reporting, and visualization.
