Required Services per Data Source #
When working with ISI’s Cloud Connect software, there are certain services that need to run in the background for the software to operate correctly. These services can vary depending on your use case and the type of data source you are working with.
Below are a list of data source types and the services that need to run for each. Most will be running by default, but some may need to be started manually and changed to Automatic (Delayed Start) within the Services application.

| isvCloudConnect | Yes | Default service. Service used with all new Cloud Connect features |
| isvCollectRemote* | No | Collects CUCM CDR for SFTP Push |
| isvCucmInfo | No | NCQ Service |
| isvTcpCollect | No | Used to collect data sent from any system via TCP |
| isvUccxLink | No | Collects and process the call event and agent event data for historical reporting |
| isvUccxStat | No | Collects and the data for the wallboard |
| isvJobSchedRemote | Yes | Default service. Purpose is to launch any scheduled transfer of data |
| isvHost | Yes | Default service. Purpose is to receive logging messages from the other services. |
