Cisco Voice Gateway + ISI Analytics Network Diagram – RADIUS CDR Collection

Provides a convenient and secure method to capture Cisco Voice Gateway (VG) CDR via Remote Collection RADIUS Server and transmit it to the cloud.

Gateway – The Cisco Voice Gateway generates Call Detail Records (CDRs) and transmits them via RADIUS to the Cloud Connect RADIUS Server. The ISI Voice Gateway Cloud Connect service securely captures these records and sends them to 52.252.130.176:22 over port 22 (SFTP). Data is encrypted and delivered into ISI Analytics’ SaaS environment for further processing, reporting, and visualization.
