The No Calls report type provides the date of last activity for objects (devices, extensions, etc.) from the Directory. This can be used to view a list of extensions that have no call activity in a given timeframe.

Navigate to the Report Template #

1. 1. Login to the ISI Analytics webpage.
   2. Select “Go To Infortel Classic” in the upper right of the screen.
   3. Select “Reports” from the “Reporting” dropdown menu.
   4. Select “Open Template” near the upper right of the screen.
   5. Select “No Calls” from the list of available report templates. You can use the search bar to help locate the template.

Constraints #

You can use the Date section to specify a timeframe to limit your search to.

For Example: Setting the range to be relative to the last month would exclude any objects with call activity from the last month. Resulting in a report that displays only objects with no call activity in that timeframe.

You could also set the range to specifically include the full range of Data Available to expand the exclusion to the full call history. This with result in displaying only object without any call activity.

Options/Layout #

For ease of viewing, it’s recommended to change the “Sort By” option to sort by “Last Activity“. This makes it easier to see when an object was last in use.

Sample Results #

Below is a sample No Calls report with a date range of the previous month, sorted by Last Activity. The display objects and people have not received a calls since the date listed under “Last Activity”.

In the case of an “Unknown” result, the object has no call history.
