Introduction #
The SFTP service hosted at sftp.isi-info.com / 52.162.232.78 is scheduled to be retired and replaced with a more resilient and streamlined SFTP service on March 8, 2027.
This change impacts all tenants that use this address or IP address to transmit CDR or Directory Import data to ISI Analytics, whether directly from your PBX, Remote Collection / Cloud Connect instance, or customer-provided SFTP client.
If you believe you are impacted by this, please review the Required Action below and contact ISI Customer Support to schedule the migration to the new SFTP service. Our Customer Support team will partner with you to complete the migration.
ISI understands that change in SFTP service may require modifications to security and firewall policies. ISI encourages contacting our support team ASAP to have time to accommodate change management procedures.
Timeline #
- Now until March 5, 2027: Partner with ISI Customer Support to complete the migration.
- March 8, 2027@ 7:00 PM CT: Service to be retired.
Impact If No Action Is Taken #
The SFTP transfer of data using this service will cease on March 8, 2027. Directory Import updates and/or CDR call processing will be delayed until migration is complete off this service.
Required Action #
- Reach out to ISI Customer Support to start your migration
- ISI Customer Support will provide you with a new IP Address, Username, and Password
- If applicable, update any Firewall rules to allow outbound traffic to the new IP Address on Port 22
- Update any services that send data to ISI SFTP. ISI Customer Support will help identify what needs to be updated.
- Once the services are updated, notify ISI Customer Support and ISI will update configuration on the backend to collect from the new SFTP source
