To complete the UCCX configuration on the Cloud Connect server, the following information must be prepared before the working session:

Required UCCX Information #

1. Primary UCCX Server IP Address
2. Secondary UCCX Server IP Address (if applicable)
3. UCCX Database Name
   • Default value: db_cra
4. UCCX Server Hostname
5. Password for the uccxhruser account

Resetting the uccxhruser Password #

If the password for the uccxhruser account needs to be reset:

1. Log in to Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC).
2. From the menu bar, select Unified CCX Administration.
3. Navigate to Tools → Password Management.
4. Locate the uccxhruser account and set a new password.

Important:
If the uccxhruser password is used on multiple UCCX nodes, ensure the updated password is applied across all relevant systems. Failure to update the password on all dependent nodes may result in authentication or reporting issues.
