New Dashboard Release

With this update, we are starting a controlled release of a brand-new dashboard. We built this new Infortel Select experience with user input and the latest technology, like our updated Activity by Call Direction widget for quick anomaly detection, and dark mode.

These user experience and feature upgrades were developed to help ISI customers:

  • Improve caller experience and employee productivity with enhanced call visibility
  • Simplify data compliance with an easy-to-use platform
  • Support finance teams with robust call accounting
  • And do more with their call data

Hourly Cisco Webex Collection

To improve timeliness of data, we will be querying data from Cisco Webex on a regular basis. With this release, we can provide call reports within one hour after a call ends.

With hourly updating of Webex Calling data, dashboard widgets will refresh more dynamically throughout the day, so organizations can see crucial activity and make quicker and better-informed decisions.

All Cisco Webex customers will be migrated to this new method shortly after release.

Bug Fixes

  • Bug #11027 – UCCX Team Name Not being Auto populated.
  • This release fixes an issue where the list of Team names was not retrieved from UCCX properly.

Enhanced Digit Sanitization

To meet local privacy requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and to meet regulatory compliance, organizations need to hide phone numbers on reports. With this release, we have enhanced our flexibility to obfuscate phone numbers.

Enhanced Call-based Alarms

With this release, we can now add the Location and the Device to the alarm message.

New Call Rating

We now support call rating for users in Curaçao.

Support for Webex Calling Locations

In Webex Calling environments, when Locations are defined it is possible to have the same extension number in use at multiple locations. When an E.164 phone number does not exist along with the extension, Infortel Select will optionally prepend the extension number with the location-specific Webex Routing Prefix to create a unique extension number.

This will allow you to perform analytics on these extensions. For example, if you have a call queue with the same extension in multiple locations, this change will let you segment the extensions in reporting and dashboards.
