Provides a convenient and secure method to capture Webex CDR and Directory data to transmit them to the ISI cloud.

Webex MT – ISI Analytics securely retrieves Call Detail Records (CDRs) and directory data from the customer’s Webex Calling tenant via HTTPS (port 443) using API access granted through Control Hub. Data is encrypted using TLS and transmitted in JSON format to ISI’s SaaS environment.

Once received, the data is processed for reporting, visualization, and insights into call activity and user details—providing secure, centralized visibility without requiring on-premises infrastructure.
