Webex DI – ISI Analytics securely collects Webex Dedicated Instance (DI) CDR and CMR records from the customer’s CUCM Publisher. The records are transferred via SFTP over port 22 to ISI’s cloud collection server at transfer.isianalytics.com. Once received, the data is encrypted in transit using TLS and delivered in structured format to the ISI Analytics SaaS environment. Within the cloud, the data is processed and made available for reporting, dashboards, and analytics, enabling organizations to gain visibility into call activity, quality, and user experience.
