CUCME -The Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME) system generates Call Detail Records (CDRs). These records are captured through a Cloud Connect RADIUS Server located within the customer network. The RADIUS Server securely transmits the CDRs via SFTP (port 22) to ISI’s cloud collection service at transfer.isianalytics.com. Data is encrypted in transit, ensuring that call records are delivered safely to the ISI Analytics SaaS environment for further processing, reporting, and visualization.
