Gateway – The Cisco Voice Gateway generates Call Detail Records (CDRs) and transmits them via RADIUS to the Cloud Connect RADIUS Server. The ISI Voice Gateway Cloud Connect service securely captures these records and sends them to transfer.isianalytics.com over port 22 (SFTP). Data is encrypted and delivered into ISI Analytics’ SaaS environment for further processing, reporting, and visualization.
