Provides a convenient and secure method to capture Avaya Reliable Session Protocol (RSP) CDR and transmit it to the cloud.

Avaya CM and Aura – The Avaya Communications Manager generates Call Detail Records (CDRs) through the Reliable Session Protocol (RSP). An outbound connection from Avaya Session Manager securely transmits CDR data over TCP Port 9000 to the ISI Cloud Connect service.

From there, CDR data is securely transferred via SFTP to ISI Analytics’ SaaS environment using the ISI SFTP server (transfer.isianalytics.com). Data is encrypted during transmission and then processed for reporting and visualization within ISI Analytics. This enables customers to analyze call activity, monitor performance, and generate insights directly from Avaya environments.
