Provides a convenient and secure method to transmit Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) CDR and CMR records to the cloud using the CUCM Billing Server.
CUCM – Cisco Unified Call Manager securely transmits Call Detail Records (CDR) and Call Management Records (CMR) from the Cisco CUCM Billing Server to ISI Analytics via SFTP. The CUCM Publisher generates the call records and sends them through TCP port 22 to ISI’s cloud-hosted SFTP server at transfer.isianalytics.com.
All records are encrypted during transit to ensure data security. Once received, ISI Analytics processes the CDR and CMR data in its SaaS environment to enable reporting, visualization, and business insights on call activity and usage patterns.
