Provides a convenient and secure method to capture real-time and historical call statistics from Cisco UCCX for cloud-based reporting.

CUCM UCCX – Cloud Connect securely captures both historic and real-time call statistics from the Cisco UCCX primary and standby servers. Data is transmitted over TCP ports 9093, 12028, and 1504 to an Azure Event Hub endpoint for cloud processing via Cloud Connect.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and securely delivered to ISI’s SaaS environment for reporting and visualization. If configured, data can also be transferred via SFTP to transfer.isianalytics.com over TCP port 22, ensuring redundancy and reliable delivery from customer networks to the ISI Cloud.
