Provides a convenient and secure method to capture and transmit Native Call Queuing (NCQ) data from Cisco CUCM to the cloud.
CUCM NCQ – Cloud Connect establishes secure outbound connections from the customer’s CUCM Publisher and Subscriber nodes to ISI’s Cloud Connect environment. Each CUCM subscriber with NCQ enabled communicates through TCP ports 2748 and 8443 to ISI’s Azure Event Hub endpoint at
isi-prod-eventhub-namespace.servicebus.windows.net.
AXL must be enabled on each subscriber prior to installing Cloud Connect.
Call queuing data, events, and statistics are securely transmitted using TLS over HTTPS, ensuring end-to-end encryption. Once collected, data is forwarded into ISI’s SaaS platform for normalization, processing, and reporting. This allows administrators to monitor call flow performance and queue metrics directly from CUCM’s native queuing features with enhanced visibility through ISI Analytics.
