This article servers as a walkthrough for resetting the password for a login user’s ID. Only an admin user with permissions for the Directory Admin module can reset a login user’s password.
1. Login to the Infortel dashboard here https://clientlogin.isi-info.com.
- If you login with a Customer ID from the URL https://cloud.isi-info.com, please contact ISI support here for assistance resetting a password.
2. Select Directory from the Administration drop down menu near the top of the screen.
3. From the Directory’s search bar, search for the user by name or email.
4. From the results shown, select Z_logins.
5. From here, you should be able to see all the existing logins.
6. Select the key icon next to the user you want to modify. This will bring up the prompt to set and confirm a new password.
