What is Report History? #
Report History is a list of all Reports generated by the logged in user. This includes reports ad-hoc report runs or reports generated by a schedule. Report History is also where a user can download exported reports. Report History is available for the last 63 days and is then purged.
Getting Started #
This document provides the instructions for using Report History. Before you begin, please ensure you have the following:
- Credentials to login to ISI Analytics
- The “Report Admin” or “Report User” role is assigned to your user
- At least one Report has been generated by the user
View Report History #
- Login to ISI Analytics
- Once logged in, browse to the Report History page by clicking the Report History menu option from the navigation bar
- The table will contain the list of all ran reports for the logged in user
Re-run a Report #
- Follow the steps above to browse to Report History
- Locate the Report in the list, optionally using the search bar to filter the results
- Click the Button on the right side of the screen under the Actions heading
Download an Exported Report #
- Follow the steps above to browse to Report History
- Locate the Report in the list, optionally using the search bar to filter the results
- Click the Button on the right side of the screen under the Actions heading
- Your download will begin and a progress indicator will tell you when it is complete
Delete an Existing Report #
- Follow the steps above to browse to Report History
- Locate the Report in the list, optionally using the search bar to filter the results
- Click the Button on the right side of the screen under the Actions heading
- The Report will be removed. This does not remove the Template.
Get More Information About a Report #
This will include information about how the report was requested, when it was generated, and what date range it was filtered for. Also if you need help with a report, the Trace ID allows Support to investigate an issue for you.
- Follow the steps above to browse to Report History
- Locate the Report in the list, optionally using the search bar to filter the results
- Click the Button on the right side of the screen under the Actions heading
- A dialog box will open with details about the report
- Optionally, click the Button to copy the Trace ID to your clipboard
