Queue Data #
Queue Data refers to the Queue Analytics data for Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex. These options will only show if you are licensed for Queue Analytics.
Queue Permissions #
- Role: Defines what actions the user can take in the product
- No Access: User does not have access to Queue Data.
- Full Access: User can administer and report on all Queues.
- Manager: User can administer and report on their assigned Queues.
- Agent: User can view Dashboards on their assigned Queues.
- Queue Access: Defines which Queues the user has access to. Shows if Manager or Agent role is selected. If user has Full Access they have access to all Queues.
- All Queues: User has access to all Queues
- Specific Queues: Assigns access to specific Queues
- Use the checkboxes to assign access to a Queue
- Show only selected will filter the list to show only the queues the user has access to
