Getting Started #
This article provides instructions for managing users in ISI Analytics. Before you begin, please ensure you have the following:
- Admin credentials to login to ISI Analytics
Managing Users #
To manage the users in your ISI Analytics tenant:
- Login to ISI Analytics
- Navigate to Users from the navigation bar
- The list of Users includes the following information and actions:
- Name: First and Last Name of the user
- Email: Email address of the user
- User Type: Whether the user is an Admin or User. Admins have access to everything and can manage users. Users have specific permissions assigned to them.
- Status:
- Active: The user is enabled and can login
- Disabled: The user is disabled and unable to login
- Legacy: The user is configured for legacy authentication. Legacy users cannot be edited. The next time the user logs in they will be asked to update their account.
- Last Login: Date/Time the user last logged in
- Action:
- Edit User (
- More Options (
- Reset Password: Sends a password reset link to the user’s email
- Disable User: Disables the user so they’re unable to login
- Delete User: Deletes the user
- Edit User (
Creating a New User #
To create a new user, Click . Details on creating a user can be found here.
Resetting a User’s Password #
To reset the password for a user, click the three-dots next to the user and choose Reset Password. The user will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
Note: If you use Single-Sign On (SSO) to login, this option will not be displayed.
Deleting a User #
To delete a user, click the three-dots next to the user and choose Delete User. When deleting a user, you will need to type DELETE to confirm that you’d like to delete all of the user’s Reports. This action cannot be undone.
