Why do I see a spinning wheel instead of the dashboard after logging in? #
Answer: When a user is created, dashboard access needs to be set by your administrator. Please reach out to your system administrator, or ISI Support, to set your access.
Why do I see a pop-up message when logging in? #
Answer: There are few potential notifications that can pop up when logging in. For example, a Subscription Expiration Notice which alerts you to an upcoming expiration date for your account. Please make your administrator aware of any such messages, to make sure the subscription stays up to date.
Why am I unable to log in to the Infortel website? #
Answer: As a first troubleshooting step, please verify that your web browser is up to date, and if so, clear the cache. If your usual login page first asks for a Customer ID, make sure that you’re using this web address. If the login page only asks for a User ID, make sure you’re using this web address. If the issue persists, please reach out to ISI Support.
