Why aren’t I receiving alarms? #
Answer: It’s possible that you haven’t been added to the recipients list. Check the Alarms > Contact List section, and if your email isn’t listed, it needs to be added to the list. If it is listed, then please reach out to ISI Support for further troubleshooting.
Why don’t I see all the module options I used to, or that other users see? #
Answer: Your module access and/or user role may be different or restricted. It may have also been changed since you last logged in. Please follow up with your administrator to confirm your level of module access.
