This article will serve as a guide to deactivating a user within your organization. It is important to use the Deactivate option as opposed to the Delete option, as deleting a user will prevent you from being able to report on their historical call data.
Login #
Access your Infortel system with one of the following links, based on your login method.
- Customer ID: Organization ID Login
- User ID: Client Login
Directory Access #
Navigate to the Directory from the Administration Dropdown option.
Find User #
1. User the Search bar near the top of the screen to find the user you want to deactivate. (example: test)
2. Select the lower Organization connected to the user. (example: Z_logins)
2. Select the lower Organization connected to the user. (example: Z_logins)
Deactivation #
1. In the list that comes up, select the X icon beside the name. This will bring up the “Deactivate or Delete” prompt.
2. Select the date and time that reflect when the user (or their specific extension) went inactive.
