Contact Center Data #
You will only see Contact Center Permissions if you are licensed for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) reporting.
Contact Center Permissions #
- Roles: Defines what actions the user can take in the product
- No Access: User does not have access to Contact Center Data
- Manager: Has access to the Contact Center Dashboard. Has access to settings so they can set up thresholds for the widgets, create messages to appear on the dashboard, and can set the colors for the threshold statuses.
- User: Has access to the Contact Center Dashboard. Cannot access any of the settings.
- Reports: Gives the user access to reports based on Contact Center information.
- Defines which Queues the user has access to. Shows if Manager, User, or Reporter role is selected.
- All Queues: User has access to all Queues
- Specific Queues: Assigns access to specific Queues
- Use the checkboxes to assign access to a Queue
- Show only selected will filter the list to show only the queues the user has access to
