Authorize ISI for Cisco Webex Directory Imports #

1. Login to admin.webex.com as a Webex administrator
2. Navigate to Apps on the left
   
3. Go to the Service Apps tab across the top
   
4. Find ISI Analytics – Directory Import in the list of Service Apps and click on it
   
5. In the pane on the right, flip the switch to Authorize the Service App and click Save
   
   
6. Once authorized, the Service App in the list of apps will have a badge saying the Service App is Authorized
   
   

Finding your Cisco Webex Organization ID #

1. Login to admin.webex.com
2. Navigate to Account on the left
   
3. Under Organization ID use the Copy to Clipboard button to copy your Organization ID
