Getting Started #
This article provides instructions for managing users in ISI Analytics. Before you begin, please ensure you have the following:
- Admin credentials to login to ISI Analytics
- Available for Enterprise and Classic plans.
What are Custom Roles? #
Custom Roles allow you to define sets of permissions to assign to users. Out of the box, ISI Analytics provides 3 roles (Full Access, Elevated, and Standard). If you would like to create more roles you can use Custom Roles.
Managing Custom Roles #
To manage the users in your ISI Analytics tenant:
- Login to ISI Analytics
- Navigate to Users from the navigation bar
- Click
at the top-right.
Add a Custom Role #
To add a Custom Role, click the + New Custom Role button at the top-right of the Custom Role dialog
Edit an existing Custom Role #
To edit an existing Custom Role, click the pencil icon to the right of the Custom Role in the custom Role dialog.
Editing a Custom Role #
Give your Custom Role a name using the Role Name field. More information about each option can be found by hovering over the (i) next to each option, or by going here.
