Getting Started #
This article provides instructions for adding users in ISI Analytics. Before you begin, please ensure you have the following:
- Admin credentials to login to ISI Analytics
Adding a user #
To add a user to your ISI Analytics tenant:
- Login to ISI Analytics
- Navigate to Users from the navigation bar
- Click

Basic Information #
- First Name: First name of the user
- Last Name: Last name of the user
- Email: Email address of the user. This will be their username to login.
- User Type:
- Admin: Admins have access to everything and can manage users
- User: Users will need to have specific permissions assigned to them.
Permissions #
When adding users with a user type of User you will need to assign specific permissions to the user. The types of permissions you see will depend on what modules you have licensed:
- Standard Permissions will be shown if your tenant is licensed for Standard Data.
- Contact Center Permissions will be shown if your tenant is licensed for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
- Queue Permissions will be shown if your tenant is licensed for Queue Analytics Basic, Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise.
User Invitation #
Note: An invitation will not be sent if you use Single Sign On (SSO). Passwords are managed by your Identity Provider.
After clicking Save, the user will be sent an email invitation. The user will need to Accept the invitation and set their password.
- The user will receive an email with an invitation to ISI Analytics

- When they click Accept Invitation, they will be asked to set their password.
- Once setup, they will be directed to login
